"I asked if the manicure + pedicure combo includes gel dip. The person on the phone said yes. I knew theres going to be additional. But when I am already getting my feet done and just need color she puts on the glue and nail to my nails. Then told me its $45 for the gel dip and $30 for the pedicure. She said its ‘additional’ but now they’re making me pay for the full price of the dip. I need to get my nails done cause I tend to bite it. If I knew this then I would’ve just went and gotten the gel dip."

"Completely awful. There was only one person working. They were doing someone's nails and had someone come from the back to start my sons haircut ... then they switched off mid haircut. Needless to say , it was Not what we asked for ... it definitely had like 3 or more zones of hair length instead of being blended evenly."
