"Literally worst experience I’ve ever had. I went in for wisdom teeth extraction, and when I was asking questions before my surgery, they were giving me attitude about asking questions and then I told them to please let me know before they put me asleep and they just put me asleep in the middle of Me, asking them questions about aftercare, etc. after my surgery I was severely sedated still and they had me leave with my designated driver and gave me no medication no aftercare instructions which resulted in me developing dry socket. When I called them and informed them that I have dry socket, and that I cannot even put water in my mouth The whole weekend they told me they could get me in five days later on Friday which I already have an appointment on Friday. They didn’t take the situation All, even after I provided all my symptoms Including a pus coming from my mouth, and a fever. Soonest they could get me in was the At the Rockland clinic when I live in elk Grove It was the most inconvenience as possible They didn’t seem to care at all. Definitely the same level as western Dental."

"My experience at this location was horrible. I should have stayed at the one on Sunrise. My first appointment was for a checkup. The dentist was not very friendly. My second appointment was for a cleaning. The dental hygienists was not gentle at all. She had water dripping all down my neck. When the next lady came in to polish my teeth it hurt so bad and I told her. When she was finished she was supposed to walk me out to the lobby and didn't. The receptionist asked me where she was and said, she just kind of left you hanging! Needless to say I will never ever return to this location!!!!"

"I have had three appointments here, the first was to establish new patient care, X-rays, etc. The second apt was to have a small chip in my front tooth fixed, and my third apt (which was today 11/14/23) was to have a few cavities on my left side filled. It had been YEARS since I’ve been to the dentist, I have had several bad experiences and that ultimately deterred me from coming back for many, many years. Until very recently. The front desk employees here are kind and welcoming. The Dental assistants are wonderful, thoughtful, intuitive, and caring. The dentist? Well, he’s top notch! Absolutely love him! I can’t believe that I allowed my past experiences prevent me from seeking needed care for soooo long. I encourage anyone who has fear surrounding the dentist to schedule with this office. They are caring and professional, exactly what you’d hope for in a dental office. Thank you to everyone here!"
