"I went for a haircut with a scheduled appointment.. walked into an empty salon with one person in it. She clearly had no idea i who was and that an appointment. I should have turned around and walked out. I didn’t. Huge mistake. I asked for a shag cut … messy and natural looking. I ended with a child’s cut. I had to go another salon to have my hair “fixed “ now I’ve got what I wanted in the first place. Can’t recommend this salon anymore. Silvia"

"First, my haircut is super cute! They have my last visit and style specifics in a database for no matter who cuts my hair, and it was Allison who is friendly with just the right amount of talk. Second, Guadalupe was going to cut my hair, but there was a gentleman of very advanced age who would have had to wait for three others ahead of him. I asked if he could go ahead of me, and I hope I did not throw off anyone's groove, but Guadalupe patiently waited for him to struggle to her chair and cut his hair. She had done a beautiful job on my hair before too. They are all so nice and capable as well that it is a "great" experience. Pun!"
