"I got switched over from my insurance to this place and I read the bad reviews but I said let’s give it a try. We’ll let me tell you BELIEVE the bad reviews. I called for 2 weeks straight just to schedule my first appointment no one ever answered so I went in person. I mentioned the calling and the front desk clerk immediately got defensive saying she’s the only one. Whole time had a lot of attitude I tried to schedule an appointment for my son and I to go the same day she said they don’t do that because they are under staff. I’ve never heard of a dental place not being able to accommodate a family. I told her I’m okay and called my insurance the same day and switched to a different dentist. Don’t waste your time."

"Had appointment to cement my new crown on that doc made for my tooth . Assistant came in before the doc to take off my temporary crown while she was removing it she dropped it down my throat and i swallowed it. Not a good experience but besides that Office location is close to my work which has been helpful since My work hours are so hectic and is hard to take time off"

"This Dental office is understaffed with only one employee ….difficult to schedule appointments, it took me about 3 weeks of calling & leaving numerous messages before I was able to get a hold of office for a appointment. I was intially seen for exam , xrays, & cleaning .My teeth were barely scaled by the Dentist. The dental assistant /receptionist polished my teeth which she was not liscenced to preform this duty and should be reported to the Dental Board. I also was given a treatment plan for a filling that I needed which had a additional “Miscellaneous fee” added(very shady) . I m covered at 100% on my fills yet was told I would have to pay out of pocket $350 along with them billing my Ins for a one surface filling. This is absolutely outrageous!! When confronted they dropped me as a patient ."

"I would give this dentist a minus 5stars if I could. I saw a few bad reviews before I made my appointment but everyone gets a bad review here or there so I decided to trust the good reviews. Big mistake!!! Everyone was very nice and professional acting but the dentist said I had severe gum disease, an abscess and 10 cavities. I hadn’t been to a dentist for a couple of years so I thought it might be bad but this news was horrible!! She showed me the cavities, not on the X-rays but on the photos of my teeth. She said they would all need fillings. But she said before she could do any work I needed to get rid of all the infection and would need to spend $800 on laser bacterial reduction. And then they wouldn’t even give me a price for all the other dental work that needed to be done. Red flags and alarm bells were going off. I made an appointment with another dentist for a 2nd opinion. There’s nothing wrong with my teeth and gums. The spots on my teeth are just stains that would come off with cleaning. I just need a regular cleaning. Is Dr Mignonette Mapanao (from Agape Dental) just a really bad dentist or a crook? Either way, I don’t think she should be allowed to practice. Go to the Parkway Dental Group in Lincoln. They were amazing!!!"

"This is the best dental experience I've ever had! They were all super nice and welcoming. While I was getting my teeth cleaned they did an amazing job keeping my 2 year old daughter occupied which was such a relief. They are just sooo amazing I can't even say it enough. Anyone looking for a new dentist for sure check this place out u won't regret it! Love it here already ❤️"
