"I've been seeing Dr Diaz for about a year. The office staff is very nice and pleasant, very easy to work with. The dental assistants and hygienists are very diligent and friendly. Dr Diaz is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient! But, she can be a bit harsh to her staff, Very uncomfortable to hear."

"Tried emailing months ago for an appointment and had to keep calling to even get some sort of customer service. Next appointment is not until 3 months out, May 24th. Asked about a cancellation list, which they have but won't add anyone else to because it's so long. When I asked why they are even taking new clients, the receptionist just reiterated her fact about the cancellation list - which didn't answer my question. Would love to give a review about the actual dental services but I don't believe that will ever happen due to being extremely turned off by their lack of customer service. They can't even do a simple email confirmation for an appointment. When I called my insurance provider to switch PCD's and gave them the reason they responded with "we hear that alot about that office." Seems like a group of people happy to do the least for you. My advice: Use at your own risk."

"They RUINED my teeth I had to get a crown just because they do not treat their patients the way they should treat us. Like the insurances are paying these doctors tons of money but for a zero level service. A;so workers in the front desk are extremely RUDE she yells at me over the phone I don't know what kind of patient care is that! Please AVOID at all costs if you want to keep your teeth healthy!"

"Ive been going to this office for years, Dr Diaz is excellent! She knows what shes doing and is confident. Ive had a root canal and other work and never felt pain. The prices are very good and the staff are very nice and helpful. Im surprised when I read the few bad comments. Years ago there was a rude receptionist but she must have been fired quickly because she was gone the next visit. Trust me, I have dentist phobia and let my teeth go, I’m embarrassed every time I have to go open my mouth but No One made me feel like I should be embarrassed, it was quite the opposite. Big thank you to the whole team!"

"I didn't experience any of the symptoms of the last reviews. I found the office staff quite polite, friendly and helpful. My cleaning was pleasant and free of any pain or discomfort. Dr Friz is an experienced dentist and knows what shes talking about. The only con I'll mention is that there prices are nothing lower than normal. I did experience a miss communication about a quote on my bill. Anyone could easily avoid this if you just ask before your treatment how much are you going to pay for your services. If you have dental insurance and live near by I WOULD recommend their services."
