"Nice staff and standard work, but filthy and outdated facility. Everything is worn down, torn chairs, mismatched paint and poor décor, while covered in dust and cobwebs. During my pedicure, the technician pulled out a severely used disposable pumice, and that was just the beginning of all the filthy equipment they would use on me. Couldn't wait to shower when I got home. Too high of prices for a place that doesn't dust or use anything new or clean on you!"

"Worse nail experience I've had. The girl that did my nails was nice but when she asked me if I wanted my nails cut I replied yes so she cuts my left hand. I didnt notice until she started polishing my nails that the right hand nails were still long and never cut. I told her and she cut them but they still do not match. Also when my nails were done I had indentations on 7 out of 10 of my nails and when I told her she said she didnt put acrylic on it( I always get acyrlic with my gel polish)but just filed it. I told her I did not like the dents in my nails and she said when I come back ask for a full set and they will fix it. She said a full set is $35. Why should I pay to have her mistake fixed. Never received a apology and my nails look terrible. I will never go back."
