"they didn’t really take their time, it seemed like they were rushing and they don’t welcome their customers in. they are also very quiet so you can’t really understand them and they are kind of rude. they kept telling my friends and i to relax and they would pull our arms very hard. my nail also fell off after 1 day when i wasn’t even doing anything, and when they put the nails on they didn’t even put them on all the way so it already looks like i need a fill. they did a sloppy job and didnt even put the rhinestones in the right spots either."
