"The only place that hasn't made me bleed cutting my cuticles. A low bar but truly I stopped getting my nails done due to this reason. 3 different techs who all seem knowledgeable in their art. Amazing job ladies!"

"Everyone is nice but I feel that should be expected. The service wasn’t bad it just wasn’t worth the price. It seems like they were a luxury place a few years ago but there is a lot of wear and tear. I would’ve just preferred the normal massage chairs. $170 for a kids mani and pedi with gel + an adult regular mani and regular gel pedi. I knew the price but just expect a better experience. They do offer a drink, quality was to be expected but the glasses aren’t picture worthy, letters are faded and old. I know someone who use to go there right before Covid. They need an update. Seems like the water fall has been off for a while, lots of soap scum. Rusting around fixtures and pedicure tubs. They charge a cleaning fee but I didn’t notice a specific area for Covid sanitation like masks and hand sanitizer. My nails/toes aren’t perfect just normal. It’s a nice place to go but I would’ve given more stars for a cheaper price. I’m quality over quantity and this didn’t match. *please don’t attack me for being honest about my experience. As you will see I barely make unhappy reviews so I only review when I’m truly bothered. We spent over $100 sushi and $25 tip at Mikuni after, so it’s not about not having the money as I see in a lot of your responses to customers who did have the experience based on price."

"Was excited to try this place out for a pedicure, I have heard good stuff from my mom and her brother who also goes here. A man offered us drinks and we got them it was good. First thing the water was cold so I asked Lily (the lady who was working on my moms nails) if she can turn it warmer because my lady had left to go get some things. I asked my lady if she could barley cut my nails because I prefer them longer instead of short. Next thing I know my big toe nail is cut all the way down and crooked (didn’t get her name but her led lamp had a name on it and it said cindy not sure if that’s her name but that’s the lamp she used on me ). So then i’m just sitting there kind of frustrated and she cut it more because she seen it was crooked. At this point I was just not having a good experience. She was nice and all but did not talk much which was fine. The lady working on my moms toes seemed so sweet and did a good job on her as well. total came out to $120 minus the $20 deposit for the both of us. We both chose the "pamper me” and our scent that we wanted. The lady in the front who I didn’t catch name was very sweet and asked how our pedicures turned out and we told her and she was very nice and tried to help out. I’m sure this is a good place n hope to give it another try but with a different person."
