"Love this historic home..beautiful!"
"You have to go to the Mansker's Station Visitor's Center, which is next door, to be able to view inside. At the time of this writing, a ticket for the tour is $8 for an adult and you get to view more than the home. What makes this tour unique is the tour guides are dressed in period clothing. You also get to go to 2nd floors and you get to have a lot of hands on with pelts, tools, items on the walls, etc. I have never had a historical tour let you touch stuff. Touching a time-period piece definitely connects you more. I came here because I saw it on the YouTube channel: Townsends, where they were doing an episode about wax sealing. Although I didn't really see that on the tour, I knew it was more of a backdrop for tge episode and wanted to connect to the place myself. This is definitely worth it as you get a lot of information and history."
