"I have come this office over the past 6 plus years. Once Dr. Kumar left this practice the staff have gone COMPLETELY DOWN HILL (The girls up front are okay)!!! I have never felt so rushed during a dental visit. Dr. S. isn't the most friendliest lady either. Never even introduced herself as a new dentist to me. SADLY I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION ANY MORE!!!"

"Got a broken tooth bonded here which didn't even last a year. Instead of taking responsibility for the terrible work and re-doing the procedure like any reputable medical office would, they run a nice little scam. The dentist suggests to use a mouth guard which they sneak in the bill at $500. Then when the bonding breaks because of the incompetent work, they say you didn't follow the suggestion of buying the $500 mouth guard which leaves you screwed and having to pay for the procedure again. They also bully you into paying out of pocket on the spot without submitting pre-authorizaiton to the insurance."

"I don’t recommend going to this place under any circumstances. I had to wait 3 months to get referred to an orthodontist. I called in every week and after 3 months I finally got referred only because I went into the office and had to yell at them. I also witnessed them telling a client they don’t clean older people teeth at the age of 50. But as soon as a different client around that age walked in they cleaned their teeth. This place is so unprofessional. If I can give it zero starts I would but it doesn’t let me."
