"Showed up for my 10 am appointment for a cleaning today (confirmed by email) and the office was closed with no notice. No one decided to show up to work today. No office staff, no hygienists, no dentists. The lights were off and the door was locked. even though it is WELL within their regularly scheduled business hours. All the other patients were waiting outside in the cold and rain trying to get ahold of someone. I called the office number to see if someone would answer and of course they didn't so it transferred me to the regular customer service line. The individual named Darrell kept telling me not to worry because my appointment was for the 25th, again I had an email confirming today. But again, the reason I am calling is because this ghetto low life establishment it ran just like that. All the employees just didn't show up. He REFUSED to address that part. He then stated that the office would be open from 9:15 am to 10:30 am.... Which I showed up at 9:55 am and no one was there. Horrible establishment, horrible customer service, ghetto, trash."

"Had a 9AM appointment and wasn't even seen until 1045AM. Coincidentally they wait until that exact moment to tell me that they couldn't verify my insurance until Monday. The waiting room is packed to the brim with people and they announce to everyone that its going to be a 4 hour wait. I don't understand why you would make all of these appointments if you know you can't honor them. If you break YOUR appointment, you're charged a fee. But you show up on time and they're allowed to make you wait 3 or 4 hours to be seen? Thats not normal. People have lives. Don't come here unless you have an entire day to waste sitting and staring at a wall. I will sure as hell be going somewhere else. My time is valuable"

"from day 1 to day 4th ! It was a pleasant experience, I felt comfortable, very calm, there were good vibes!! ⭐️ Dr Gill !! It is easy to know if a doctor in his field is good by not feeling any pain, and how he organizes himself with his team in times and communication. Dr Gill’s team, ROSE , MARIA (SAVANNAH, the one who helped the Dr!!, Sorry if I wrote her name wrong)☺️ Receptionists were very friendly, everyone did a good job, thank you. See you guy’s in April ."

"The worst service I have ever received from the front desk a lady named Beth. She was really rude, unfriendly and yelling at people. It was my first visit to their office I’ve had my physical ID and digital insurance Id she ignored it plus she didn’t want to verify my insurance. She was yelling that she well not help with no insured insurance id that’s what I saw right in front me she did let another lady to go without ID. At least she didn’t ask me to print my ID and bring it but she was keep arguing. There was another nice lady she said just print it and come back easy. I printed out when I came she said we don’t accept you today come back another day we have to reschedule you. This is what I had severe pain. I’m just expecting a call or to get a hold of someone from their management or manager to talk about Beth’s behavior and how they should treat people."
