"My family has been going to the Doctors Casagrande for twenty years. Everyone at this practice is as nice as can be. Always cheerful, remember seemingly everything about you and nothing is too much trouble. The gals on reception deserve special mention and should be held up as a Gold Standard in customer service. Whether you get Michael or Steve or one of the hygenists, you are always treated with friendly respect. Parking can be a little wonky - street cleaning Wednesdays can sometimes trip you up, but there is a small visitors lot in the alley. I'm a State Worker and they don't accept the standard 'Delta Dental' as provided, but I pay $30/mo more for my family of five to upgrade to the Delta Premier which gives much better benefits anyway and they accept that plan."
