"This is a great place for an inexpensive hair cut. Price as gone up to $11 which leaves room for a healthy tip if they do a good job. I have been getting my hair cut at this place for 5+ years, first at their old place at 3rd and L St. Very convenient walk or bike ride from downtown or UCD."
