"This place was a nightmare, I being with western dental for years and I never have an issue, the office that I normally go to, is closed for repairs, so I decided to go to another location and was this one because seems nice, well I call before my appointment to make sure the time and if wasn’t any changes because like I said was a new location, I told the lady on phone that if was okay to bring my kids cause I don’t have not where or no one to watch them, she said that it was fine, that wasn’t a deal ‘cause it was just a clean up, I show up 30 mnts early because was some paperwork that I need to filled out first, they clearly saw my kids with me, and nobody say anything about it, I wait and hour later from the time of my appointment, and when they finally call me, the lady was so rude because I have my kids with me, she tell me that if was for me the appointment why I bring them, that she is not available to bring me in because the kids, I told her that nobody say anything about it and also that I don’t have no one to watch my kids, then she said o well you will have to reschedule your appointment and make sure you have someone to watch them, I was really mad because I wait so much there and when I ask they said was fine, also in the office none said anything. I repeat to her that even if I reschedule my appointment it will be the same deal because I need to bring my kids with me and at the end she told me that is not her problem. Worse place ever lit……"

"I had an amazing experience with Dr. Le and his assistants. They were very professional and comforting when I needed to get my cavity filled."

"I just got a teeth cleaning today. It was a very bad experience. The assistant who perform this procedure did not clean my teeth completely. When she did the floss for me, she couldn’t even get the floss into between my teeth. Consequently, there are a couple of teeth that I still see tartar near the gum line. The cleaning method which I received this time is different with my previous one. From my previous experience, they do ultrasonic cleaning and then polish. However, this time they change it to having powder and cleaning tip. As a result, I don’t feel it is as clean as previous method. Tartars are still in my gum line."
