"Today was the day, the absolute worst experience of my life at a nail salon. I thought I’d pay the extra to get my acrylics taken off because I wanted a more natural look to my own grown out nails. The man who did my nails literally just ripped my nails off without soaking them , or filing them down. He ripped my natural nail off to the skin on two fingers!!! I didn’t let him finish. He did not apologize or have any human decency to care that I was in tears. He was rude and dismissive. Will never go back here."

"Start off its our first time here. My 12yrs daughter had an appt with another nail salon somewhere next to this one. We got lost and We happen to pop in here by accident. The service was great. I happen to have my two little one with me too and one of the lady gave my 5 yrs old a free nail paint and some design to keep my 5yrs old busy Lol. Overall both of my kiddo are happy here even tho We didn't get the exact design she wanted, they try their best to match it, made it fun for them. The nail look cute!"

"This is the horrible experience I had on news day . I had my mani and pedicure done. The lady did my pedi and proceeded to do manicure in few min she asked me to wait because her appointment was there. I waited 20 min then this old lady took over who while removing my gel polish damaged my nails I was in pain but she kept on scraping. I asked her to stop . She then used asitone to remove gel. Again she asked me to wait because they had lot of of ppl waiting so I had to wait 10 min then another lady took over. I paid $80 without having good mani and pedicure. The worst and on top of they ask for tip. This was my first time and it’s the worst experience. Please don’t go at this place. I was like jumping from one person to another."

"This happens Second time now!!.. they don’t value your time. I had walk-in for getting nails. They have me wait for hours and then tells me to come back and schedule appointment. Don’t waste your clients time if you cannot do their nails for that time you promise and have them wait. And when we do have appointment regardless they run late and have us wait for hours. This is ridiculous wasting clients time. I will never use or recommend anyone to go there .."
