Pearl Image Nails

"Well this was my first and last time here...i was referred to Vanessa originally by a co- worker ..I had an appointment at 5:00 I ended up there early driving from elk grove to Natomas..so Vanessa wasn't available at that time so rose did my nails the shape is nice but my paint is lumpy and thick.. Don't think I'll be returning"

"I called in yesterday before going in, the guy I spoke with over the phone said they offered soak offs and if I could come in within the next 30/40 mins, when I arrived the lady that greets me asks me to sit and wait for another employee until she was finished with a pedicure she was doing so I waited… once she was finished with the pedicure on another clients the lady who greeted me when I walked in asked me to move seats and to wait for someone else to finish off when another client which at that point I had wait already over 15 mins, the lady I waited for wanted to work on another person that had walked in after me instead of helping me out since the next client was doing more services than I was… they started speaking to each other in another language after I told her I’ve waited and called in before had they seemed upset and instead of an actual soak off she started to drill my nails off after I specifically asked for a soak off and to top it all off I still have acrylic on my nails. Horrible experience, won’t ever be back here again it’s every obvious they care more about money instead of actually taking care of clients in order and doing what people are asking/paying for. Very unprofessional… THEY DO NOT DO SOAK OFFS, THEY DRILL OFF which damages natural nails"

"*update* I stopped going. She started rushing though my appointments and my last appt was trying to move so fast she cut my cuticles on multiple fingers with the drill..... . . . Vanessa was fabulous! She did an ombre full set for me. She was super considerate and took her time. Their prices are a bit higher than a typical nail salon but im willing to pay more for better service."
