"I tried to deliver food to the office. The gates were closed no ins or outs. The office ladies were nice but, did not have a code. Open the gates!!! I see they are trying to bring up the quality of the property. No one should live like this . l hope the owners sleep well at night. J ust remember "What goes around comes around"."
"I wish i could give them 0 stars first they only allow 6 people in a 3 room apartment and 4 in a 2 room then they raise the rent to $900 for a 2 room this place isnt even that safe dont come here"
"This place is the worse place to go get a aparment for one the lady can be nice but on the other hand she won't like to rent to the African American community for the wrong reason bad experience with this place they help more the Latin community before you see this place pls check some where else this place is waist of time."
"I wish I could give them no stars. Their maintenance crew does not fix the problem only slap a band aid on it. They are overcharging me rent. The manager verbally threatens me with eviction Everytime I voice a complaint. I have never been late with rent. They are costing me a lot of money in regards to my utility bill with their faulty heating unit. My lease is up in July. I will not be renewing. They give preferential treatment to Hispanics. I never expected racism from the Hispanic community but that is what I am receiving. It saddens me. I have actually hired a lawyer to look into their price gouging and other issues"
