"I’ve been going here for approx 3 years now since my move. I’ve had everything done from crowns to deep cleanings to a root canal you name it. It’s very hard to start this late in life with a new dentist. And rarely do you get the full package I.e. staff and services. I can tell you with complete clarity, this office is amazing all around. Dr. Vicuña basically becomes your friend. He’s very warm and engaging and actually cares about your overall health. Always dropping life advice in addition to painless dentistry. I’ve legit never felt pain in this office. Then you have Grace which has been my hygienist. They’re cut from the same cloth in terms of customer service and doctoring. All the way to the front staff with Andrea and Cecilla. They always have a smile and welcome you and make your experience of going to a dentist like you’re going to your friends house. "I came in for tooth pain on my left upper molar. After examining my teeth they said there were two additional cavities (total of 3). I checked out that day and my estimate was for the 3 fillings we discussed. During my appointment a week later they worked on the tooth that was not causing me pain and told me I had 4 cavities before looking at me. The tooth which was causing me pain was not addressed and they told me to come back in six months. They’re also supposed to be white molars but it looks like black spots (maybe glue). Overall I did not feel confident that the treatment plan was what we had discussed. There was a lot of confusion and miscommunication about which teeth needed work. It seemed like everyone there was in was either new or in training."
