"No maintenance man has not shown up to my place to fix nothing and now my light over the kitchen sink is out and I need them to come fix that too. I pay too much rent here for the maintenance man not to show up. So, can this please be fix."

"Love our new manager as she's sweet and cheerful. Hate that "upper management" is always used as an excuse or explanation for anything problematic. Before we get any further into the fall season, all of the dead bushes should be marked for removal. The current "lawn maintenance" should be replaced as they do a horrendous job that I believe my 10-year-old grandson could do better. Outside edge of entire property is in desperate need of proper attention such as trimming back and/or shoring up. Love our hummingbirds and great neighbors. Hate that they use the excuse of "new management" to require us to pay for and complete new application and to re-qualify. Hate the way they have let the property drop into disrepair. Love the location as it's very convenient. Wish they could somehow block some of the traffic noise from Campbell."

"This was a great place when I first moved in but not anymore. The apartment is great but the management is the worst I've ever seen. In 3 years we're on our 6th on-site manager. There are weeks without anyone being in the office and they don't respond to messages or emails. RAM is the new property management company and now are requiring all tenants to reapply for our apartments. They may charge additional fees as determined by a 3rd party, even for people that have lived here for 9 years, not to mention a huge rent increase. I won't be continuing my residency and I would suggest you pass on this complex. Do your due diligence and read the reviews on RAM!!"
