"Planning to make a long-distance move to the area, I was able to do apartment tours of several in Jackson. Not only were Cherry Grove Apartments the nicest I found, Derek was amazing! After making my decision to move to the Cherry Grove community, Derek helped me every step of the way. He worked with me for 3 months and never left me hanging. Responses were always quick to any questions that I had. From a professional, courteous, and seamless process I highly recommend. Derek made sure that I had everything I needed not just from an apartment aspect, but also what was needed to take care of utility hookups. Because of him I felt that the process was very stress-free. Update: I have now been at Cherry Grove for 5 months and am still happy with my decision. I am very fortunate to have great neighbors, which is a big deal. I feel safe in this neighborhood. In addition, I have been very impressed with how well the grounds are maintained. I have had 2 minor maintenance issues that were taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance staff was quick to respond and professional. When I've had questions, the office staff has been very helpful, professional, and timely."
