"Unprofessional attitudes, bad business ethics, sent payoff by mail as if you pay it over the phone they charge 4% kind of a big deal on $8k. Mail got screwed up so it went past a date they charge an extra$168 on top of payoff which was about $33a day for 5 days.There's plenty of competition out there spend your money elsewhere!"

"I have bought 3 storage units from them over 6 years and I love my storage Units. They work with you when you're Late. I have read some other reviews on here I have never experienced anything that they are talking about I missed one payment and they never do anything except For send text or call."

"Never had a problem dealing with crocket rentals. They are always understanding if I need to make a late payment or break my payment down in half and add extra to my next months payment. I have never been threatend by repossession or anything as such. They are easy to work with. Y'all complaining about being threatened and having your building repossessed need to get yalls priorities straight and pay your bills. You signed a contract so don't act suprised when they come pick up their stuff you didnt pay for. Also, when my building was delivered, when they were leveling it and accidentally busted a window in the back and I had a brand new window delivered to me within 5 days. AT NO COST TO ME. I will definitely be getting another building from them soon and highly I recommend."

"Go somewhere else... As soon as you miss a payment they call a repo driver to your house. Then they charge $100 everytime they have the driver come out. This company is extremely unethical. They wait till you've paid your building half way off then they want it back so they can resell it. This company has nothing to offer, move on to the next one because these people are thieves. I have absolutely nothing to gain from this... Just wanted to warn anyone who sees this that might be considering doing business with these folks."

"I've never made one late payment once to Crockett Rentals in a year until recently, and they tried intimidating me by threats of repossession. The owner obviously cares about one thing only, and it's certainly not the poor souls renting out, or buying his storage units. My advice: don't ever consider renting, or buying from Crockett Rentals. The owner doesn't deserve the business."
