Even though I am nervous around doctors, my wife and I both had an amazing experience all because of her. If you visit this office, ask for her specifically. You won’t regret it."

"The staff is negligent and downright incompetent! The practice manager, Holly, does not return calls and hasn't even updated her Voicemail from the previous manager for over two years... They overbook appointments with egregious wait times, are unapologetic in their wrong, and can't even manage to notify patients when weekly shot schedules change. They are only in the business of wasting everyone's time!"

"Go somewhere else!! They have zero compassion for their patients. I experienced problems after a procedure THEY performed and not only was Dr Miley’s nurse extremely rude, she wouldn’t address my situation other than to tell me to contact my primary care physician. Do not let them do the sinus procedure ClariFix cryotherapy. There’s nothing wrong with it, just have it done by another physician who will FULLY explain the side effects and help you manage them."

"My 4 month old son had a hearing test here yesterday. His appointment was at 2:45pm. We waited in the lobby for TWO HOURS. I even asked the receptionist she said one in front of me. They took it every single person except for us. We didn’t back to see anyone until after 4pm. His hearing test took literally 5 minutes. We waited another 15-20 minutes for the doctor to come in after his hearing test to say he passed and that was it. We were there for a total 2 and half hours for an appointment that should have taken 20 minutes. I will not be back."

"Went in for pain in lymph nodes and ear. Dr. Sewell literally spent less than 5 minutes with me. He didn't use gloves. He touched the stick that goes in my mouth without gloves and didn't use a cone to put on the end of the ear tool. Ladies in office very unorganized. Took my insurance cards and both ladies said to go to the other one to get them back. I asked to check me for reactivation of EBV possible mono and this Dr told me that was out of his league to go to my PCP. I asked for blood work and he stated he didn't even know what to order. He then asked about my work and asked where I work. Then turned to my son and asked who he was and if he is still in school. Very unprofessional, rude, dismissive man. Will not be back!"
