"It takes me 2 weeks to get a hold of anyone to make a appointment after waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes, then , they don't give me a appointment for over 30 days. I've been calling over a week now to get a refill, no one answers, I leave a message my primary has been faxing them. Even my phrmacy said I needed to find another Dr. If they can't get more stift in their they need to close their office, and send their Patience's some where else!"
"The pharmacist stated flat out, "We don't take Sharp Health." I wasn't able to fill my prescription here. This place pops up in my insurance as a pharmacy in my network. Had the pharmacist taken the time to actually enter my claim with the information provided on my insurance card that I handed him, he would have seen that it was accepted. In my case, Sharp contracts through OPTUMrx, but he didn't even take the time to check. I ended up having to drive to Ramona which is a 1 hour drive. Unnaceptable."
