"i said before how i’ve never had a bad experience here. i take it back. i’ve been going here for 4 years. basically since i moved here. after the change of ownership it’s gone down hill. there’s a woman who’s hard of hearing who did my nails last time i went here. there was a complete lack of communication and it was not what i asked for. i left the salon unhappy but decided to call back and get them redone the next day. not even two weeks later, they’ve broke. the original price of what i got was 39$. when i went back to get them fixed, i had to pay MORE. it ended up being 70$ total PLUS tip (90$ if you count the tip both times) for them to break so fast. i don’t think ill be coming back. their loss of a 4 year long loyal customer."
