"I took my friend here as a birthday gift and she could not be happier! We made an appointment and were taken in in a timely manner. We had a manicure (non gel) and pedicure. Both are completed in the comfy massage chairs. They have a great menu of services and add ons. We upgraded our manicure for $10 more and received a longer arm/hand massage with special oils and a parrafin wax treatment for our hands. The manucurists were nice, friendly and most spoke and understood English well. The manager was especially accommodating and friendly. Thw salon practices excellent cleanliness standards: plastic bags filled with parrafin wax rather than dipping in communal wax, plastic disposable covers for pedicure foot bath (eliminates bacteria and fungus that can thrive in the water filter of these massage chairs). I live in northeast San Diego but will make the trip down for my mani/pedis and vacation gel nails. My cuticles looked great. Traci, Lynn and Henry were excellent. I highly recommend this nail salon. Parking is easy on the 2nd level of the Plaza Bonita Shopping Center near Nordstom's rack. They do accept walk-ins. Their prices are similar to other salons; moderately priced. I always give a 20% tip. My manicurist appeared pleased. This of service deserves 20%!"

"This place was okay. The lady that did my nails, was very sweet. However, there was a male worker that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He kept staring at me and at one point, it looked like he was taking pictures of me. Then he stood over the nail tech that was doing my nails for about ten minutes. I ended up paying 40 bucks for a fill, which seemed like a lot. Not even 24 hours later, one of my nails popped off and it didn't even hurt. So I went in the next morning and she fixed it for me. Well, just a few days after this, my thumb nail is now coming off. Idk what is up with their products but I definitely won't be going back. I absolutely love the color and the little heart sticker, but not worth what I paid."

"When I arrived, the staff was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. I made an appointment with Trini for a gel manicure. I appreciated how she took her time in shaping my nails perfectly and paid so much attention to detail. She is very talented with nail design, & my nails came out so cute! I would absolutely recommend Kitty Nails and I will definitely be returning here for their services from now on."

"this place is under new management from the previous nail salon in the mall. Linh was my nail tech and she did an amazing job on my acrylic fill. I love how smooth she made the polish & acrylic, I know some places aren’t able to achieve a solid fill. She was very careful and cleaned up my manicure. Staff here was very accommodating and nice. Not only that but Linh answered a lot of questions that I had. Good customer service is always good because it makes or breaks your experience. Pricing is very affordable here compared to other nail salons. I got my nails done in a timely manner and I can tell my tech was very detailed. She made sure she adjusted to my liking and made any changes If needed. I’m glad I found a place close to home!"
