"I got a haircut and blowdry from Jazz and was so happy with the results. My lifelong stylist was injured and then I think he retired when I last called for an appointment. I was devastated. I went to a small place just for a simple bob and was so unhappy with the results. When I went to Jazz at JCP he understood exactly what I needed to correct that last cut. I will definitely go back. "Only wanted a root touch up got a whole head of color that burned my scalp, turned my roots red and the rest of my hair black. And she painted my face with dye! When color was processing I seen the red coming and asked if that was going to be the color she assured me it was not. She insisted blow drying would show the color better and it only made it worse. Got up out of the chair I was so mad. She offered to redye it for me but she just killed my hair leaving the color on for a whole hour. I paid for services but didn’t tip. I went and bought two box dyes to try to neutralize the color but won’t be using it for at least a week. Thanks for ruining my hair I’m so mad."
