"I have gone to this place a few times now. A couple women have done a good job cleaning up my nails which I like but the manicure seems rushed, they seem miserable and I feel like I can’t relax because all I get is the vibe that the person feels obligated to do the manicure and pedicure. The last time I went I had two different women do my pedicure and manicure. I had trimmed my toe nails myself already the lady doing my pedicure further cut down my nails and forced them square without even asking me. She over cut them and my left toe hurts cause it’s too short from where my natural nail ends. She left square blocks on my toe from the polish which I overlooked but she cut my foot using the foot file. She was using it on the side of my foot and not just under cutting my skin. It’s been days and I’m super irritated about that. Main reason for writing this long review. The lady who did my manicure was super rushed and she did my daughters pedicure beforehand and stabbed her foot with her nail leaving a cut. She then came to do my manicure and was rushing it so much she wasn’t even looking at my nails while she files half the time. She “buffed” my nails with the nail file block leaving them looking scratchy. She filed my nails in a back and forth motion leaving them all jagged. I had asked for no color anyway because I wanted to do my own plus I already sensed they didn’t wanna do it. So I told her I didn’t want a massage because it was just already awful and I didn’t want to continue having that vibe that I was bothering her when this is my time to relax. She tried to help me with my shoes but my foot was cut and frankly I didn’t want her helping me at this point. I still left the 3 people servicing us (daughters and I) a 10 dollar tip each. I paid over 160 for services and tip. I think for the price paid we deserved better. (When I say we I mean my 1 daughter and I. My other daughter had Nikki who is awesome). I’m sure not all the employees are like this and maybe they were tired but this experience made me never want to go to those two ladies again. Sorry I won’t name them because I don’t want to be a total jerk. Nikki and I think his name is David are awesome there is another lady too but can’t remember her name. I wish they would stop pushing clients in and out like a factory And then the services would be better and employees wouldn’t look so miserable and possible provide a more enjoyable experience. PS. Since my finger nails are in the pic I figure I’d clarify I ended up re-filing my finger nails and painting them myself that same day when I got home."

"I am so bummed. I work near here and was hoping to get a nice full set and a pedicure. I was taken in right away and everyone was friendly! Unfortunately the work performed was subpar. My nails are all different sizes and shapes, as well as crooked!! I told the attendant that the tip was crooked and she assured me it would be fixed during filing but they were not. While, the older lady who did my pedicure was THE SWEETEST person with a lovely personality… my toe nails look like the gel polish was globbed on. You can’t really tell from my pictures but I’m just very unhappy with my results. My total was $117 and I now I need to go to another salon to fix them. Because I will not be returning I did not make a scene in a crowded nail salon."
