"So I went in Your Parkway, Plaza store today to look for some foundation. I didn’t have a high budget for this particular day. First time I went in. None of the employees acknowledged me. Three of them were standing together by the Mac area, chatting with each other I walked around your whole store NONE still no greeting no welcome no nothing , so I walked out, turned around and walked back in this time a older woman with the Ulta name tag came and asked me if I needed help. I explained to her that I couldn’t really afford the high-end makeup that I usually get and had to find something less expensive and had some questions, about the products on the other side of the store, Maybelline, etc. she told me that she doesn’t know anything about that because she only works on the high side, the more expensive make, then she turned around and proceeded to walk away from me.So then I walked out again, then walked back in, and a woman by the name of Erica, who did not even work for Ulta she worked for a third-party helped me find what I was looking for gave me excellent customer service And that’s why I’m writing this review whether I buy a five dollar tube of lipstick or a $50 compact I’m still a customer in your store and should be treated with the same customer Service thank you Erica for for your assistance! But after today’s experience, I won’t return to the store because apparently you’re not buying the high-end you’re not worth their time….."

"Axel cashier really RUDE, she ignored me, and then she laugh at me when i asked her to open another register because it was a line and she was doing nothing sitting on the floor below her register, hiding from people. Of course we left without buying anything, done with Ulta... 1 star is too much... 0 stars that is what this store deserves!"

"Well , considering I'm not a mall person at all , I went looking for some perfume for my fiance, and as I walked in the mall, Ulta beauty was the first store I came to. So I decided to stop and see if they had the perfume that was asked to get . So fortunately for me this was a good call. They had what I was looking for plus I picked up some perfum for my fiance and cologne for me. $500 dollars later, I'm walking out the door. The lady who helped me was very pleasant and understanding of my needs . For you ladies this is the store for you . Men they do have a variety of colognes but it's mostly women's stuff in the store . As uncomfortable as I was, the lady made me feel more at ease . So kudos. But it's located at the Parkway Plaza in El Cajon on Broadway. Enjoy"
