Ten Fancy Nails

"Unprofessional and unsanitary. They were unwelcoming from the get go. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand. I was quiet but pleasant but when I asked the tech to fill the gap between my real nails and the fake ones to avoid fungus, she snapped and said "that's why I asked if you want your nails trimmed!", and I was so shocked I just blurted "okay, I was just asking". She ignored my request and I left with the gaps that now, $66 later, I have to fix myself. She was quiet and not gentle at all the rest of the time, no comments about my concern. She wacked my hand over and over with a towel to get rid of powder at the end, without warning. I did not make a fuss and gave a tip still. I'm just posting because I want to warn anyone looking to have a pleasant time to look elsewhere. I was treated poorly and I hate say it but they were very pleasant to the customer that was there behind me, I'm a brown girl and you can fill in the blanks. Pics from immediately after attached."

Additionally, I come from a long line of business people. Good customer service is critical. I refuse to be abused in my own country by stupid, selfish people. America is still the greatest country in the world. Let's keep it that way."
