Lily Nails and Spa

"I’m usually not one to write reviews nor am I rude but this situation was annoying to me. I paid for services on a Saturday and that same day one of the nails popped off. I come back Tuesday due to the hectic weather we just had and tell them the situation to see if they can fix it and they say yes, after a few minutes waiting I had to ask about how long I had to wait because I was only on my lunch break and I just needed one nail FIXED! I’m not saying the other two clients they had weren’t as important but I just had one nail I needed fixed and for them to tell me I had to wait 20-30 mins as someone returning to them after they just did my nails! They had 4 employees and all 4 working on those two clients was ridiculous. It wouldn’t have taken them no more then 10 mins probably less to get one nail fixed! Poor customer service especially because I had just got them DONE by them! I should have been serviced as soon as I told them about the situation but I’m realistic and can wait a few mins but 20-30 mins?!!! Excuse me! I did feel like I was owed a little bit more then that as a returning customer because I shouldn’t have had to return so soon to get one nail fixed, I had already paid and tipped them. I will never return to this place nor recommend them."

"The lady in the second stall was very rude. After asking for my nails to be thicker she put more acrylic but didn’t file after. DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"Been coming here for years and they are simple people not nails like the instagram people but if you want quick service and on a budget this is the place to be. They’ve met all my standards and decent pricing."

"Good I was cut a bit but it’s ok. The pics are one week after they’re still strong. I paid 40 to take off my old acrylics and this set. Update its better to come here if you want a full color set. They don't have the nudish pink almost see through acrylic. Each time I come here I think it's okay, I dont leave loving my nails just ok. I've had other places where I absolutely loved my nails too. I think maybe other places are keeping up with the shape stiletto and almond a bit more also they need more variety of acrylic powders to create those milky or jelly nails."

"I had not gotten my nails done in about five years. So today I decided to stop by and get them done. The lady that helped me was really friendly. She did an amazing Job! At a reasonable price will definitely be going again."
