"I wont recommend this place specifically Lien. I did not like their customer service they are treating us like we are doing it for free, I asked to do long layers. First of all, the lady did in rush like within 15 min she did hair wash and hair cut. I asked more than three times that keep it long she still cutted more than I asked and messed up my hair with unstructred cutting. I asked for refund still they haven’t refunded full amount They are not even cheap as well so do not comprise with your hair. I wouldn’t prefer this in future."

"I went in for a haircut yesterday on 10/27/2023. I started coming here about 3 months ago. Most of the hairdressers cut hair really well here. However, Pegah was yesterday was rough and seemed impatient and had very poor bedside manner. There were a few times she would ask me to turn my head to get for her to properly cut my hair and there were plenty of times she would turn my head very roughly without me even knowing. She needs to learn how to be gentle. I do not recommend her at all. I would still go to this location just as long as Pegah is not cutting my hair."
