"Arrived a little early for my appointment time. I have a change in insurance and wanted to make sure everything was good. I had gone online to make changes a few days before appointment after receiving notice of appointment by text message. After checking in, everything was good. Waiting room was full with most patients practicing social distancing. There had been a delay after lunch that was causing a backlog of patients. Some were 30 minutes past scheduled times and staff was trying to get everyone in. This was expressed by the staff. 1 patient went ahead and left saying how could a dermatologist be running behind. They must not realize that a check up could turn into a more serious situation with a patient. Waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time before I was taken back. Here again a simple check up turned into a little more serious situation. Doctor explained situation throughly and stayed past regular time to take care of a possible condition. Will know in a couple weeks. Have been coming here for several years."
