"The lady with the long hair did my nails and they came out horrible. The gel doesn’t even cover my whole nail, some of my nails aren’t straight, she didn’t let my nails harden enough in between painting them, she was rough with my fingers, the nail on my left thumb doesn’t look right. My nails just came out horrible."

"i came here for the prices but the outcome was not what i expected. i requested medium length acrylic nails. they were uneven, so many air bubbles, and looked like barbie nails. i then asked if i can come back to get them fixed because i did not like them at all. she was a bit unhappy but she did fix my nails. they’re now much much better but she did make me bleed, & my cuticles are all scratched because she goes too fast. my new nails still have some minor air bubbles and the painting isn’t the best. paid $40 . (yvonne). Tammy is so gentle, giggly & caring. she treats everyone with extra care & her pedicures and manicures are amazing."

"She makes your nails look really good but she hurts you because she doesn't pay attention to what she's doing. And my nails always start to fall off within 10 days. She's made me bleed before. She is very rude and even if you have an appointment and were there first, she serves whoever is paying more. One time I was there for a fill and it took 4 hours when I had an appointment! She will always stop in the middle of doing your nails to text or make personal phone calls. And she is rude. Her prices are good though, you get what you pay for."

Yvonne, the owner, is very gracious and makes sure that everybody is satisfied with the work that she and her staff does. The shop is impeccably clean, and inviting. I love going there after a long day just to relax and be pampered! What surprised me most is that on my second visit, she remembered and greeted me by name! Pretty amazing in a world where big business doesn't know you exist. I highly recommend Cindy's Nails!"
