"We can't really give a review of Dr. Wheless yet because we have been sitting in the waiting room for 50 minutes after our appt time...they called my wife up and asked if she's done with her paperwork. My wife said, "I wasn't given anything." To which the lady replied, "I'm sorry...hahahahahahaha!" Now she is filling out paperwork and her appt was almost an hour ago....good times.... Should just be considered a walk in clinic.... We drove an hour to get here and we are sitting and waiting for another hour to be seen. This is our first time here and we are not impressed at all. But I will update after seeing the Dr. to give a fair and honest review of him. But the staff is really slacking today. Not a fan of having an appointment and then having to wait for over an hour after the scheduled time. It is ridiculous and very unprofessional. She just turned the paperwork in and we sat here for 15 more minutes then they called her up and said there was two more pages to fill out. It is extremely frustrating to have people who have no sense of urgency and are so unconcerned about making people wait for insane amounts of time. The staff is so nonchalant about missing the forms that she needed to fill out. It is over am hour past our scheduled appt time now. At this point, even if the Dr. gave us a bag of gold we still wouldn't come back.... absolutely unacceptable. If you need an ear nose and throat doctor..... go somewhere else.... unless you enjoy waiting in cramped waiting rooms for insane amounts of time beyond your scheduled appointment. If that is your thing then by all means come here. But if not then avoid this place like the plague...... After an hour an 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time we got up and I told the receptionist to cancel the appointment. She then asked if I wanted to reschedule.....hilarious. I said, "No we have waited for an hour and 45 minutes after our appointment time so no thanks, we will go somewhere else." The only reason we went here is because it was a referral from my wife's oncology doctor. Take our advice. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. We made two trips in one today....the first and last......."
