"Brought my 5 year old here for the first time for a haircut and it was a mistake. The service and attitude was so poor even my 5 year old said he didn't like this place and he doesn't want to come here. Not a single smile or hi or hello to the kid to make him least bit comfortable. Almost felt like we were in a prison and people working there are working against their will. And this was not a one off few weeks back brought my dad here too for a haircut and felt the exact same thing. Not returning."

"Typically I get great service from Evelyn, Val and Rich. There was a stylist today who was kind of unwelcoming and rude (short woman with glasses) and did the haircut like a chore in 2 min. Such bad people ruin your reputation."

"This was for my twelve year old daughter, she wanted to get a different hairstyle from what she had,but not change the length. She tried repeating instruction,but the stylist didn’t seem to make any attempt to pay attention. All that the stylist did was to make her front bangs a lot shorter and didn’t change my daughters hairstyle at all. She rushed into finishing her job , didn’t really care about customer satisfaction We came back home totally unhappy as her hair looked much better before the hair cut!"

"I found most of the time I get a decent haircut for a lot less than privately owned salons a a bd on my timeline. My current first choice is Rich at the 4S Great Clips. He seems to understand instinctively how long my hair needs to be to retain the natural curl."
