"Absolutely terrible service here. 2+ months for an appointment availability. Takes them 3-4 days to send your information via fax to another neurologist. If you want to be treated like a number on an assembly line, go here. Was told that because I called 20 minutes too late that I couldn’t get a same day appointment that was completely open for later in the day due to “policy”. The next appointment available is in February. Not being able to get a same day appointment isn’t expected anywhere. But to be told due to “policy” you can’t be helped sooner than 2 months isn’t what someone having a health issue wants to hear. Vanderbilt, ditch the “policy” and trade it in for empathy."
