"PCET is one of the best providers in this area treating pain and all of its causes and problems. They really do work hard to know each individual and what that person needs to lead a better life. I literally could not function without them. Their Occupational Therapy division is top of the line and has helped me in so many ways. Thank PCET. You are the best!"
"I absolutely love this place. Dr. Smith and her staff took excellent care of me and even called me after my procedure. I had injections in my back and I'm praying the ablation helps my back pain."
"Excellent Staff, Nurse Practioners and Doctor. I loved Dr Choo because you can tell he is really passionate about medicine and took the time to listen to me and gave me suggestions on ways to alleviate pain. The NP were friendly and genuine. I was sad bc they new me personally and I only left because I had to change doctors when I moved to Chattanooga. They were caring and actually listened to me if I was having more issues or pain that month. Whenever I left message on voicemail i got return phone call either that day or following day. They even saw me an extra month because I had to wait to see my new doctor here in Chattanooga. If I had trouble with my joint pain they did blood work to make sure nothing else was going on. Front staff were always smiling and friendly despite full lobby. After my divorce, I decided to change my name from Mustaffa to Hancock."
"Worst experience of my life! I was crushed in an accident in 2016 and have a lot of spine and back pain. I also have fibromyalgia and a compressed sciatica nerve. The first thing they did was give me this sales pitch about putting these injections in my back, so I figured I'd give it a chance if it could help my pain. On the table I proceeded to have five seizures back to back and was rushed to Park West hospital. I had to beg for a follow-up appointment where I was informed that since the shots didn't work there was nothing more they could do for me. No medications no other treatments nothing. I have never seen a doctor so uncaring and just down right rude as Dr. Choo. He had no interest in helping me since I couldn't do his shot therapy, which is their big money maker!"
