"Refered by the VA to this Doctor. Not impressed. He had given a script for custom shoes when I've tried discussing this script with him on several occasions. He totally ghosted me. Absolutely no return calls."
"Drs. Christensen and Green are wonderful podiatrists. Dr. Green has seen me through numerous foot surgeries due to a recurring diabetic foot wound. He is always kind, professional and knowledgeable about the procedures he uses in itreating my condition. I will continue to trust him 100%. He's great !"
"We moved from Miami a year ago, I was concerned about changing all my doctors. (who were wonderful). I have a lot of medical challenges. My podiatrist in Miami was really good and I never thought we would find anyone who was as thorough and knowledgeable and compassionate up in Eastern Tennessee. We found Dr. Alexander Green at Archers Foot Care in Oak Ridge. Dr Green, and his staff, have exceeded my expectations!! He is kind, understanding, very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest medical options. His staff is also very helpful and kind. When you are in a lot of pain, having a medical team that is smart AND kind really makes a difference! Thank you Dr. Green and everyone at Archers!"
"I brought my elderly dad in here to have his nails trimmed. They were completely overbooked with every seat in the waiting room taken. We waited an hour past his appointment time to even get in. The front desk lady was very unfriendly and gruff. When we got in to see Dr. Green he was also unfriendly. My dad winced several times because the nail trimming was hurting him. He told me he never wanted to go back. My dad is friendly and tells a lot of silly jokes, which maybe is annoying to some, but Dr. Green made no effort to be polite. He just didn't respond at all. I'm sorry, but if you work in a profession where you have people coming in and out of your office to be cared for, a modicum of politeness would be nice. If you want to be in the business of caring for people, act like it... particularly with your elders!! You signed up to be there. I won't take him there to be treated that way again."
"I would rate this place a zero if possible. The receptionist was quite friendly, and the nurse was quirky but friendly as well. However, that was the end of the good things about this place. I saw Dr. Green. I didn't like him as soon as I met him. I found him to be rather arrogant, even though he had no right to be. I also, imho, found him to be rather lazy. He looked at my toe and said we had to amputate immediately. When he told me that he did them very often, i knew what he was. He told me that to save my toe, I would have to be in the hospital for an extended period with iv antibiotics. He didn't do any x-rays or even an indepth exam. He did have the nurse do an x-ray on my way out the door. I found a real dr. That placed me on two rounds of kelflex and saved my toe. I shutter to think about all of the unnecessary amputations that this butcher has performed.."
