"This lenoir city office is the worst allergy clinic I have ever been to. Our first visit was great but once we agreed to the weekly allergy shots it went downhill. The have the rudest people in their front office and treated my 7 year-old so poorly we walked out the door. First time for her shot they wouldnt do it even though we came 30 minutes before their lunch because they didn't have time.. Second visit they bruised her arm's and caused them to bleed and this third time is when they told my 7year old they knew she was there just sit and wait for your shot. Mind you no others were waiting. The kicker though is that then a grown man walks in and they were as sweet as honey to him. Do not go here. It is a waste of time unless you like to be treated bad."

I’ve been through several sleep centers and testing facilities over the past 19 years and the folks at Keeton have been some of the best. Super friendly, very professional and caring, and a really nice facility in Lenior City. Super happy to have found them!"

"My review is for the allergy testing I had down with Keeton Clinic at their Lenoir City and Harriman, Tennessee locations in January and March of 2019. My goal was to find out what foods I could be sensitive or allergic to that I didn't already know about. They did a poor job in helping me reach my goal; at least, I have no confidence in the results, especially since the first and the second test results conflict with each other and neither registered my history of allergic reactions to cashews and strawberries. The 1st test had only a 20 minute wait time; at which time they only found two small wheals on my back for pork and scallops, but hours later I had more that came up; my Mom counted about 9 in total. When I called Keeton Clinic the next day, when they were open again to tell them about my delayed reaction, they said they could only redo the test in 5 days and wait up to an hour to see the results. I decided to have the food test redone in March for what had been previously and originally scheduled for the pollen test at their Harriman location. Things went even worse here. First, they lead me to a room that had a glass window in the door and instructed me to undress to the waist an put on their paper apron. When I pointed to the window in the door and said I couldn't undress for lack of privacy. The nurse shrugged her shoulders and said all the rooms were like that and then left to check my records. When I saw the next nurse to confirm that I was needing a redo of the food allergy test with a longer wait time because of the delayed reach to the first tests; I had to pointed it out to her too. She showed no concern for it either. I had to ask them for another paper apron and some tape so I could cover it: they eventually covered it from outside the room with paper hand towels and tape. I changed and they conducted the test but they only waited 30 minutes for results. She saw no wheals at all, but they told me if I had a delayed reaction this time, I should come to their Lenoir City office and let them see it. Well, I had another delayed reaction 9 more bumps on my back. I went to their Lenoir City location; they had me change so they could examine my back but and here's the kicker; the 1st nurse saw nothing on my back; it was the same as the day before, in her own words. Then the next nurse said it was not an allergic reaction but pimples. She took out her phone and showed me a picture of the kind of reaction they were looking for which was so extreme a reaction it would rate a level 4 size wheal. I showed her my pictures on my phone that my Mom took for me of my back; she said that some of those could have been wheals, she would send the 1st nurse back in to try and map out what had been jabbed where to cause it. That 1st nurse came back but launched into saying that it was more likely a reaction caused by the allergens in the air instead of what they had poked me with in the back the day before. I should just see them for my next set of allergy tests and then I was dismissed. After these two experiences with Keeton Clinic, I am convinced that they are just doing a job with no professional investment or interest in the individuals or their results. The nuances of details, basic details mean nothing to them, like the privacy of women changing in their Harriman location. I do not recommend Keeton Clinic. They appear to be the express lane of allergy testing. Speed is more important to them than the accuracy or integrity of their results. Please do not waste your time and money with them like I did."
