"Terrible experience. I arrived at the place and just one customer was cutting his hair, nobody was on the waiting list, so the guy who worked there asked me if I checked in online. When I answered NO, he said “No problem, I'll take care of you in a few minutes” so I waited for about 20 minutes. A couple of minutes before he finished with the customer someone checked in online. I wasn't worried because he saw that I was next. However to my surprise, when he was done cutting the person’s hair, he told me “Sorry, check-in online has priority, you'll have to wait more”. He could have easily checked me in when I got there or told me to check in online instead of saying “I'll take care of you…” Of course, I left, not going to fight with someone who would cut my hair, and great clips lost 3 loyal customers (me and my 2 sons) because of the incompetency of this person."

"Maria did an amazing job on my hair today after not getting it cut in over a year. She did layers and bangs and she made it look great. I was worried about getting a hair cut after so long and was scared about being judged or being told how damaged it was but she did not do that. She made my hair feel healthy again and look good again!"
