"the barber cut up the back of my neck pretty bad with the clippers. he left it pretty uneven bc it seems like he gave up on it halfway through. I get that curly hair is harder, just say you can’t do it instead of wasting my time"

"Terrible experience. I arrived at the place and just one customer was cutting his hair, nobody was on the waiting list, so the guy who worked there asked me if I checked in online. When I answered NO, he said “No problem, I'll take care of you in a few minutes” so I waited for about 20 minutes. A couple of minutes before he finished with the customer someone checked in online. I wasn't worried because he saw that I was next. However to my surprise, when he was done cutting the person’s hair, he told me “Sorry, check-in online has priority, you'll have to wait more”. He could have easily checked me in when I got there or told me to check in online instead of saying “I'll take care of you…” Of course, I left, not going to fight with someone who would cut my hair, and great clips lost 3 loyal customers (me and my 2 sons) because of the incompetency of this person."

"Maria did an amazing job on my hair today after not getting it cut in over a year. She did layers and bangs and she made it look great. I was worried about getting a hair cut after so long and was scared about being judged or being told how damaged it was but she did not do that. She made my hair feel healthy again and look good again!"

"Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life. I told the guy short on the sides and back and leave it a little longer on top. If I was blind and told another blind guy how to cut it, it would’ve been better. Or I could’ve just cut it myself and it would’ve been better."

"My haircut seemed rushed and therfore a little sloppy. Sam forgot to trim around the ears after using the clippers (which I noticed later after I got home). I had some long chunks of hair I had to trim myself. Also, he neglected the sideburns."
