Walmart Vision & Glasses

"If you cant pick up glasses you've already purchased or buy glasses, why are you open on sundays? Seems counter productive."

"My husband got glasses there that were defective. He took them back and was told to bring them back with the prescription and they would take care of it. When he did that he was told they couldn't do anything about it and made him leave. They then called the corporate office and said he came in threatening them and threw his glasses across the store. He is wearing his glasses. They have banned him from that store all because they are too lazy to do their job. Never going to a Walmart again."

"The doctors office part is wonderful. Super friendly and fast. The optometrists, or so I thought that's what they were, were alright too. Then I go to pick up my glasses. 9 to 6 were the hours listed for Monday through Saturday. It's Friday and I hurry and go completely out of my way to pick up my glasses. I got there at 5:50. They had every light turned off and only one worker there who was just talking to a friend. She tells me everyone already left and she isn't an optometrist so she can't give me my pair of glasses. If your hours are until SIX, be there until SIX. It was ridiculous that I went out of my way, knowing I had time, only to find out these people left whenever they felt like it. That's just ridiculous. I suggest you change your business hours to 9am - whenever we feel like leaving. Beyond frustrated."
