"I was referred here by a friend who was a patient of Dr. Thompson and had a good experience. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Dr. Huynh. I was told I had 8 cavities at the first visit after only ever having 2 in my life. I had half filled, came back for the other half and was told I now had another one to fill. I went with my gut and I got a second opinion elsewhere and was told I had ZERO cavities to fill. I understand different dentist have different thresholds for fillings. With this, I specifically asked which ones are in dire need of filling vs observation (to which I was told all are in need immediately). Writing this review as I wish I would have been more cautious before proceeding with half the fillings. Also, I had an issue with one of the front desk ladies. Overall, disappointed and will not be returning."

"I don’t want to give them any stars. My mom had a bad experience with this place. She went for teeth extractions and they booked my mom for teeth cleaning when we did not ask for that. They would even try to promote things to me out of nowhere. We would have to stay there for over 4 hours, one of the dentist who was supposed to extract my moms teeth didn’t even know how to do it. This was what lead her to accidentally hurt my mom and then another doctor took over, but she rushed and my mom has been in pain for an entire week. After 2 weeks, we came back to get the stitches removed and they rushed again in front of me. This caused the scissors they were using to poke my moms jaw, which hurt her even more. We didn’t say anything, we just tried to be as nice and patient as possible. But be professional and understanding of clients."

"We've been to the office twice already, and from the moment we walk in, we are greeted with a warm welcome. My daughter (6 years old) was fearful and nervous before arriving the first time; and everyone did every thing to make her feel comfortable. By the time we left the office- she was more confident and happy and eager to come back again. I am happy that I found such a great dental office, definitely will recommend to family and friends!"

"I broke a tooth and on a Sunday night (!) was able, on their website, to fill out all the new client forms and get an appointment for 1st thing Monday morning! Was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in and had only been seated about 1 minute when they called me back. Dr Thompson was wonderful—very attentive, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions. Her manner was very caring and competent. She did an excellent job—as pain-free as you can expect! Staff was wonderful too. The building was immaculately clean and cheery. I will be getting all my dental work done at the Thompson Dental Center from now on!"
