"Went in to get my mullet side shaven and they cut off the back of my hair. Also shaved all the back of my head not like I asked at all. Was very clear I wanted to keep as much as possible just get the side shaved and a trim up top. but that's not what I got."

Personnel. Brittany was professional and polite yet still friendly and relatable in her conversation and actions. She took care with her work to make sure the haircut would come out looking great. Location. The location was clean and well kept. Music was mainstream radio at a good conversational volume. The Cut. I am a male with thick short hair. I asked for neat and interview ready hair cut and she delivered and also made sure I was satisfied with the hair cut. There was a brief wait (10 Min.) I came in at 1:00 and left at 1:40. Cost. Cost was $20 for a standard haircut. Satisfaction. Would go again."
