"Although the man who assisted me was very friendly and took me in right away, without an appointment, I was very dissatisfied with the services considering I paid $45. I asked for a shampoo and haircut, because I already knew my hair was pretty tangled. Not only did he not shampoo my hair, but he didn’t even wet it down with the spray bottle. My hair was tangled, so I was surprised that he didn’t wet it. Because he cut my hair completely dry, it turned out uneven. Needless to say, I will not be going back there."
