"Attempted to schedule a first time appointment at this facility. I was a little irritated as they had to keep calling me back over the last few days because they were putting my information wrong in the system. each time it sounded like they were either at home with their kids or the receptionist next to each other were laughing and talking to loud and I had to keep repeating myself 4-5 times because they could not hear me. I didn’t like my initial encounter over the last few days and decided to cancel. I’m sure the services offered are great but my initial encounter was frustrating and that was enough to make me find somewhere else."
