"Horrible customer service by the Dr himself. I called the office this Monday morning to get a quote on a bite of adjustment. I was in Mexico on vacation for the past week. I had horrible tooth pain, ended up getting a filling while I was on vacation. I came back and my bite was off. I work in Poway so I was referred over by a patient of theirs. When I called the Dr I explained to him my situation then quoted me a price to have it done. I had told him I would call him back. When I got to my office I called him back to set an appointment. He answered I told him I spoke to him earlier, his demeanor changed. He said it's not gonna happen and hung up on me. I was in shock to get that response back after having spoken with him 30 minutes prior."
