"I used to love this location before my assigned PCP, Dr. Crutcher, didn’t have availability to see me and I had to see the “first available provider” which was “Doctor” James Reed. Upon meeting, he immediately stated his bias against modern medicine and showed his lack of competence by refusing to read anything on a computer screen. He literally makes his nurses waste paper by printing off EVERYTHING as a hardcopy for him to read because he doesn’t realize we’re no longer living in the 1970’s. He should seriously consider retiring now because his lack of bedside manner and fascist behavior creates a hostile environment for patients and nurses alike. The way he treats his nurses and patients is so disgusting. My experience was so awful that I cannot go into great detail because I am in the process of filing a formal complaint. If you are new and assigned to him, I would seriously reconsider. He is single-handedly RUINING the integrity and reputation of this longstanding office within the community. I will never return to this location. I recommend to RUN; not walk."

Cassidy, Dr. Bill Robinson's nurse, was professional and interested in my medical needs. Dr. Bill listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly and efficiently. I felt part of a competent team. Definitely the right choice of medical providers for me."
