"I am so wonderfully impressed by the Magic Sleek (keratin alternative) treatment. It did wonders for my hair. I am mixed races, African American and Caucasian, so I have hard to manage hair. This de-frizzed it like crazy!! I didn’t even know this was possible. My hair is so much softer and healthier. I already have very loose curls, so it relaxed my hair a lot into what is more like beach waves. I am obsessed and will be going back every 6 months to maintain. Worth every penny. "Got my hair done on Thursday. Went in for a keratin treatment and loved it! Unfortunately for my hair cut I am very disappointed. I’ve been growing my hair for years now and asked for just a dusting on my ends. She proceeded to tell me I need more cut off my ends and I agreed to taking a little bit more off. She ended up cutting my hair two different lengths, shorter than what we agreed on. I sent her a picture of my uneven hair and asked for a refund on just my haircut, she told me she doesn’t do refunds, but can cut my hair and fix it which would result into going even shorter on my length. I’m Really upset over this and never leave reviews but I felt like she offered no fair solution considering I paid $400 for the treatment and haircut for it to not be how I wanted.. Just disappointed"
