"My experience with Dr. Britton was not so great. I had a loose crown that needed to be cemented. Dr. Britton suggested replacing it and I agreed. However, after new crown was placed, the pain and ache started. I wend back for evaluation and subsequently Dr. Britton adjusted the bite and said, "the tooth has been traumatized and needs time for recovery". I have been wearing my nightguard and avoided eating with the side of new crown and still hurts. It has been several months now. What's interesting to me is that during my 3 visits with Dr. Britton, he suggested multiple dental work and repeatedly insisted that I need those work. This is while I still had pain and my original dental issue was not resolved. The from office also suggested that I should use all the money in the insurance because it all goes away at the end of the year. My perception was that the office wanted to create more work and income. During this time, Dr. Britton also placed an implant for my spouse and due to severe pain, it had to be taken out within a week. He is a nice person and his technicians are friendly, but I don't think the quality of work was high, at least it was not for us."

"I have been going to Dr. Britton's office for years now and I can confidently say that I have always had a fantastic experience. The staff are super friendly, the hygienist's are always super and Dr. Britton is amazing as well. I never feel rushed or pressured into anything that I don't need done. In fact, I have moved up to Vista two years ago and I still travel 45 minutes each way to his office because of how much I trust he and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Britton and his team."
