They tend to upsell all the add-ons and services/wait times can be longer than advertised when it gets busy but the staff are lovely, they have a nice ambiance and they offer you a beverage while you wait. Also their products are higher end and more natural which is great and everything is very clean. I’ve had a few chats with the new owner and manager— they are warm and friendly."

"This place has been what Encinitas needed! Could not recommend this salon more, their attention to detail and customer service is incredible. Such a chic, clean, warm vibe inside. Alyssa did my nails and I’m thrilled with the outcome. I did GelX which is a great alternative to dip or acrylic, and they turned out beautiful. She’s an artist and will care for your nails as they were her own. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area, definitely stop in."

"If I could give zero star, I would! I Went in today for a pedicure with my friend. it was a disastrous experience ever. :-( The technician was a bit rude, I was washing my feet after it was burning due to the liquid gel she put on my heels for removing callus ( without even asking if I have any allergies or not). Then she is talking to me like a child, saying, don’t move your feet, you are splashing water everywhere!!! Really?! I said sorry and let her continue. Then it got to the point that she wasn’t even cleaning the skin/cuticle properly and I did point it out once but realised she is not experienced at all or doesn’t know how to do a proper pedicure. The painting was super messy and she didn’t even placed any folded tissues between toes to avoid any smudging. She just applied top coat and moved on to the clean up for next client. I have to ask her to give me some tissue that I can place between my toes and nail polish remover that I could remove the polish from my skin. I would never go back and you can save your time and money too! The owners probably had good intentions to open a nicer place around this area but they didn’t pay attention to the most important thing, to bring experienced beauticians that can actually provide 100% customer service to be able to keep their clients. My friend’s toe nails are cut so uneven too and she is not happy. I paid and I told the receptionist that I am not happy. She expressed they have other beauticians that I can try next time! There is no second chances. Everything was so poorly handled!! Adding some photos that you can see what a horrible finish I got!"
